The Salad Sticks Extruder Machine is the core host equipment of the complete salad-style fried snack production line. It adopts mature twin-screw extrusion technology to replace the traditional snack processing technique, accomplishing raw material mixing, high-temperature gelatinization and puffing processing for grain powder inside the extruder barrel. Well-puffed semi-finished blanks are transported to subsequent forming, cutting, frying and seasoning stations to finally produce crispy salad sticks and salad-series puffed snacks.

This extruder host can be supplied as standalone unit or matched with complete set of auxiliary machines to build full production workshop. Two mature specifications SLG65-III and SLG70-II cover medium and large production output requirements. The inner screw components are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, realizing stable and even material curing and puffing performance. Equipped with frequency-conversion speed-regulating system, operators can adjust production output flexibly. Cooperated with different forming moulds, shaping and cutting assemblies, one extruder host can support multiple kinds of salad snack production.

Raw Materials & Finished Products
