Following are some operation details of kurkure extruder for reference

Clean the screw and barrel and install screws well.

Adjust the feeding speed and the cutter clearance.

Start the main motor and adjust until the depressurizing system transferred. (about 40~60sec.)

Adjust the main motor speed, start feeder, adjust speed, keep the current under rated current.

After the material discharged evenly, start cutting system. Adjust the cutter speed to get required product length.

When finishing production, stop feeder first, then the cutter, and the last the main motor.

Use trapezoidal device to take out the screw, clean up, and reinstall well for next production.
