Product Introduction
Our industrial corn flakes processing line is a full set twin-screw extrusion system specially designed for mass production of ready-to-eat breakfast cereals. The equipment can process corn powder, wheat, rice, oat and various mixed grain raw materials into crisp corn flakes. The final products feature outstanding soaking resistance and rich natural grain taste, which can be eaten directly as snacks or served with milk, yogurt and coffee for daily breakfast.
Equipped with replaceable forming dies, the whole line can flexibly switch product styles. Besides standard corn flakes, it can produce cereal rings, grain balls, star and alphabet-shaped puffed cereals without major equipment modification. All parts that contact food are made of 304 stainless steel, complying with CE, ISO and SGS international machinery standards for food production.

Complete Production Technological Flow
1.Raw Material Mixing: Mix grain powder and liquid accessories in fixed proportion to reach uniform humidity suitable for extrusion cooking.
2.Twin-Screw Extrusion & Gelatinization: Raw materials are fully cooked under high temperature and high shear inside the extruder barrel, realizing complete starch gelatinization to guarantee crispy texture after baking.
3.Flaking Molding: Extruded semi-finished strips pass through constant temperature pressing rollers to form thin and even corn flakes.
4.Two-Stage Drying & High-Temperature Baking: Primary drying removes surface moisture; high-temperature oven bakes flakes thoroughly to lock crispness and remove raw grain odor.
5.Flavor Coating: Atomized syrup, cocoa powder or fruit powder evenly wrap the surface of cereal flakes in the coating drum.
6.Secondary Drying: Remove redundant moisture brought by coating liquid to extend finished product shelf life.
7.Cooling & Sorting: Cool hot flakes down to room temperature and screen broken fragments, which can be directly connected with automatic packaging equipment.
