This industrial dry dog food machine is mainly applied to produce various dry dog kibble, and it can also be adjusted to make cat food and other conventional dry pet feed. Equipment operation

The machine runs in a fully automated assembly line mode. After raw materials are crushed and mixed evenly, they are sent to the conditioner for pre-cooking and humidification, then enter the twin-screw extruder for high-temperature extrusion and shaping. After being conveyed by the air conveyor, the semi-finished products are dried to remove excess moisture, then sprayed with oil and added with flavorings. Finally, the finished products are cooled and conveyed to the packaging procedure. The whole process runs continuously without manual intervention, and parameters can be adjusted in real time according to production conditions.
