A)Raw material preparation: The raw materials of dog food mainly include grains (such as corn, wheat, rice, etc.), meat (such as chicken, fish, beef, etc.), vitamins and minerals, etc.

B)Raw material processing: The prepared raw materials need to be crushed and mixed them evenly in certain percent.

We have equipment such as bone crushers, bone mud grinders, grain grinders, and automatic raw material mixing equipment. We can equip the appropriate machine according to customer requirements and budget.

C)Dog food extruding and drying: The mixed raw materials are processed by twin screw extruder with high temperature and high pressure. After extruding, dog food will be conveyed to drying oven to remove extra moisture to make dog food dry.

D)Seasoning: The dried dog food needs to be seasoned to meet the dog's taste needs.

E)Cooling: The dried and seasoned dog food need to be cooled to prevent the loss of nutrients due to high temperature.
F)Dog food packaging and storage‌: After cooling, the dog food will be packaged. The packaging material must have good sealing and moisture resistance to ensure the quality of the dog food is stable during storage.
