The technological processes of a fish feed production line mainly include the following steps:

Raw Material Preparation: First, select fresh fish, vegetables, and other raw materials, mix them in a certain proportion, and then grind them to ensure the success of subsequent processes.

Mixing and Stirring: The ground raw materials are transported to a mixing and stirring device for thorough mixing, ensuring the full integration of various raw materials, resulting in a more uniform feed, longer shelf life, and better taste.

Extrusion Processing: The mixed feed is then transported to an extruder for extrusion. The extruder uses a high-temperature, high-pressure process to cause the starch granules in the feed to expand instantly, thereby increasing the feed's volume and texture, and improving its solubility and digestibility.

Pelletizing and Forming: The extruded feed is then transported to a pelletizing and forming machine for forming into pellets of different shapes and sizes to meet the needs of fish at different stages.

Drying and Cooling: The pelleted feed is then dried in a drying device to remove excess moisture. Subsequently, the hot feed is cooled using cooling equipment to maintain its quality and palatability.

Packaging and Storage: After the above processes, the fish feed is conveyed to packaging equipment for automated packaging, ensuring the feed's airtightness and long-term preservation. The packaged fish feed can be directly stored or sold for convenient subsequent use.

Equipment and Production Line Configuration: A fish feed production line typically includes a mixer, feeder, extruder, crusher, pellet mill, drying equipment, cooling equipment, and packaging machine. These devices work together to ensure efficient production line operation and high-quality product output.
