1. Flour Mixer: Different models of flour mixers are selected based on the production line's output.
2. Screw Conveyor: Powered by an electric motor, providing quick and convenient feeding.
3. Extruder: Different models of extruders are selected based on the production line's output.
4. Air Conveyor: Utilizes a fan to transport raw materials to the drying oven; different fans are configured according to different products.
5. Multi-Layer Oven: Most ovens are electric. The temperature is adjusted between 0-200 degrees Celsius via a control cabinet. The interior uses a double-layer stainless steel mesh bag. Baking time can be adjusted according to speed. Three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer stainless steel ovens are available.
6. Seasoning Line: Includes eight square seasoning machines, cylinders, lifting single-barrel, and double-barrel seasoning lines, configured according to output and product characteristics. We also offer other machines such as oil spraying, sugar spraying, and coating equipment.
