Cheetos Making Machine

The Kurkure corn meal is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the Rotary die Extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths.

The Kurkure are fried in cooking oil and then cooled before flavoring. Or directly Seasoning , is sprayed on the Kurkure surface to improve their taste.

1.Mixer: Mix the raw material equally
2.Conveyor: take the raw material to the extruder
3.cheetos nik nak/ kurkure extruder: mix, cook and extrude the raw material with suitable temp and pressure, then by rotary cutting system to make different sizes of cheetos / nik nak/ kurkure snacks
4.Fryer: fry the cheetos / nik nak/ kurkure snacks to make it crispy
5.De-oiling machine: take away the oil content of cheetos / nik nak/ kurkure snacks
6.Favoring line: with powder spraying device and rotary drum, you can make different flavors cheetos / nik nak/ kurkure snacks.
