Working Principle
Generally speaking, the material first enters the first roller, and oil is sprayed on the front end of the roller to make the surface of the material sticky. Then seasoning powder is sprinkled in the middle of the roller so that the seasoning powder can better adhere to the surface of the product. Then the material enters the second roller, where it is fully mixed, so that the seasoning on the surface of the material is more even.
Equipment composition
Usually consists of an elevator, a double-drum seasoning machine, an oil sprayer, etc. The elevator is used for automatic feeding, the oil sprayer is responsible for spraying oil on the surface of the material, and the double drum completes the mixing of the material and the seasoning powder.
