1. Mixer: after mixing the raw materials, add a certain amount of water and mix well.

3. Extruder: select different models of extruder according to the output of the production line, the output can be from 150kg/h , 250kg/h, 500kg/h , 1000kg/h,

4. Cutting machine: cut off the products as the rice cake, the size can be adjusted by changing the mould.

5. Cooling Drum: to cool the product for seasoning.

6. Seasoning line: there are octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single drum, double drum seasoning line, according to the output, product properties configuration, and oil spray, sugar spray, coating equipment

7. Hoister: transport the products to the oven.

8. Multi layer oven: most of the ovens are electric ovens, and the temperature between 0-200 degrees can be adjusted by the control cabinet. The inside is stainless steel double-layer mesh bag, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. Through baking, the main material and core material can penetrate to a certain extent, increasing the taste, reducing the material moisture and increasing the shelf life.
