1. Raw material processing

Raw material mixing: Mix corn flour, flour and other raw materials with water to form a uniform paste.

Pretreatment: Potato raw materials need to be cleaned, sliced or cut into pieces. The thickness affects the taste and puffing effect.

2. Puffing molding

Conveying and puffing: The paste is sent to the puffing machine (such as a twin-screw puffing machine) through a conveyor, and it expands instantly under high temperature and high pressure to form a crispy structure.

Core injection (optional): Fried or baked puffing can be injected with core materials such as peanut butter and chocolate sauce to improve the taste.

3. Drying and seasoning

Drying: Excess moisture is removed from puffed food by drying equipment to extend the shelf life.

Seasoning: Tomato flavor, barbecue flavor and other seasonings are added through oil spraying, sugar spraying or coating equipment.

4. Packaging

Cooling: The seasoned product needs to be cooled to a suitable temperature.

Packaging: The finished product is packaged using a pillow or automatic bagging machine.
