The puffed food production line is an automated equipment that uses grains (such as corn, rice, flour, etc.) as raw materials to produce crispy foods through high-temperature extrusion puffing technology.Its core features include high automation, flexible configuration and diversified product capabilities, and it is suitable for production needs in the fields of breakfast cereals, snack foods, etc.

 

Core equipment and process flow

 

1. Raw material processing system

Including spiral feeder, powder mixer, etc., responsible for mixing, homogenizing and conveying raw materials to ensure the secondary mixing effect.

2. Puffing core equipment

Twin screw extruder: adopts variable frequency speed regulation technology, extrudes and puffs raw materials through high temperature and high pressure, adapts to a variety of raw materials such as corn, rice, wheat, etc., and the product shape can be customized into peanut shape, plum blossom shape, cylindrical shape, etc.

Frying and puffing equipment: Some production lines are equipped with fryers, which puff the dough through high temperature frying, suitable for the production of fried snacks such as fish crisps and crispy corners.

3. Post-processing system

Including shaping and cutting machine, baking machine, oil spraying/seasoning line, cooling machine and packaging machine, complete product forming, drying, seasoning and packaging process.
