Our full-automatic pet chews processing line is specially developed for single-color and double-color dog treats & dental chews manufacturing. Adopting mature advanced extrusion technology, the whole line realizes fully automatic continuous production and greatly cuts labor costs for pet snack factories.

Starch is taken as the main raw material. The core single screw extruder finishes raw material cooking and forming in one step. Equipped with independent heating and cooling circulation systems, it accurately controls processing temperature to guarantee stable product texture and molding effect.

Two Main Production Configurations

1.Single-color dog chews production line

Only one single screw extruder is matched, suitable for producing solid single-color sticks, bones, strips and other basic dental treats, low investment and easy operation for small factories.

2.Double-color core-filled dog chews production lineEquipped with two extruders. One extrudes outer color layer, another fills different flavor core materials inside. It can make two-color twisted sticks, sandwich dental chews and high-value composite pet snacks to boost product profit margin.

Flexible Molding Customization

By simply replacing different extruder moulds, you can produce diversified pet chew products of various shapes, such as sticks, bones, twists, spirals, strips etc.We support custom mould development according to your exclusive pet treat designs and market positioning.
