Single machine introduction

Mixer: add a certain proportion of water into the raw material corn flour, Rice noodles, soybean flour, fish meal, meat meal, cereal flour, additives, etc. to fully mix them evenly.

Screw conveyor : Using an electric motor as the power for spiral conveying, the mixed raw materials are transported to the feeding hopper of the twin-screw extruder. This device is convenient and fast for feeding, saves labor, and has high efficiency.

Extruder: kurkure is a special type of extruded snack that is very crispy when chewed in the mouth. After mixing corn grits with a certain proportion of water, they enter the rotary head extruder. Under the squeezing and rubbing action of two brass turntables in the extruder, the corn grits form irregular twisted shapes. Then cut it into the required length products with a cutting knife.

Fryer: The fryer is a continuous working type, with automatic feeding and discharging. The frying is uniform. TCA company has been producing the fryer since 1999.Mature process and novel design. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel.It is a famous brand in China. It is recommended to use gas for heating. An external heating system is provided to improve the safety of work, improve the thermal efficiency and keep the oil temperature constant.

Spray seasoning line: the oil injector sprays oil, essence, etc. The seasoning cylinder includes octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single cylinder and double cylinder seasoning line. According to the output and product nature, the oil is sprayed on the food surface, and the minced meat and spices are sprayed evenly.
