Our Crispy Bugles Production Equipment is an integrated turn-key manufacturing solution specially oriented for crispy fried bugles snacks. The whole set of equipment covers raw-material mixing, extrusion puffing, shape forming, frying de-hydration, flavor coating, cooling and finished-goods packing. It optimizes frying and cooling craft parameters, effectively controls oil content of bugles products and achieves the market-popular crispy and non-greasy mouth-feel.

Two mature models are available for different-scale production projects. SLG65-III suits small-and-medium-size snack factories or newly-founded enterprises, while SLG70-II targets large-volume continuous industrial production. The whole line applies stainless-steel material for food-contact sections; key screw components adopt alloy steel with nitriding treatment for enhanced durability. Modular layout makes workshop arrangement flexible according to customers' plant space condition.

Raw Materials & Finished Products

Raw materials: Single raw material such as corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour, or mixed powder formulated according to local market taste demand.

Finished products: Multiple crispy bugles-series fried snacks. By adjusting forming dies and cutting mechanism, users can produce horn bugles, triangular chips, strip-shaped salad snacks and other multi-style puffed food.
