The FRK Rice production line is a modern food processing equipment designed to produce artificial rice similar to natural rice by mixing multiple grains, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, and using extrusion, cooking and molding technology. Process Flow

 

Powder Mixer: First, various raw materials (such as rice flour, millet flour, black rice flour, etc.) are mixed in a certain proportion, and an appropriate amount of water is added for stirring to ensure that the raw materials are fully and evenly combined.

Extruder: Next, the mixed raw materials are sent to the extruder, extruded, cooked and formed under high pressure, and finally form a granular product similar to natural rice.

Vibrating Screen: In order to prevent the freshly extruded particles from sticking together due to the high temperature, they need to be spread out and cooled through a vibrating screen.

Multi-layer Oven: After preliminary treatment, the semi-finished products will be sent to the multi-layer oven for baking and shaping. This process helps to further remove moisture and extend the shelf life.

Cooling Conveyor: The last step is to cool the product to room temperature through the cooling conveyor to facilitate the subsequent packaging process.
