Process Flow

Extruder: Next, the mixed raw materials are sent to the extruder, extruded, cooked and formed under high pressure, and finally form a granular product similar to natural rice.
Vibrating Screen: In order to prevent the freshly extruded particles from sticking together due to the high temperature, they need to be spread out and cooled through a vibrating screen.
Multi-layer Oven: After preliminary treatment, the semi-finished products will be sent to the multi-layer oven for baking and shaping. This process helps to further remove moisture and extend the shelf life.
Cooling Conveyor: The last step is to cool the product to room temperature through the cooling conveyor to facilitate the subsequent packaging process.
